To understand individual and group level work and organisational psychology, human factors and occupational health and safety, in a range of work and organisational settings.
Theory and research at the individual level (eg in relation to worker motivation, work performance, employee psychological reactions and behaviours at work); theory and research at the group level (eg group processes, group facilitation, teams, leadership; cross-cultural diversity); and human factors; occupational health and safety.
