Course aim

To continue to develop an understanding of biological systems, focussing specifically on the development of cells to tissues and how tissues function and communicate in a multicellular organism. 

Course content

Regulation of gene expression; development and tissue differentiation; immunology; osmoregulation; breakdown and transport of nutrients; advanced laboratory skills.
