Pre-contract and Post-contract procedures and administration. International cost planning techniques and value engineering. Whole of life costing techniques for sustainable development. Guaranteed maximum price contracting, relationship contracting and Private Finance Initiatives. Tax Depreciation. Information technology application for quantity surveying practice. Future role of quantity surveyors. Professional ethics & fees. Professional practice and marketing.
