To provide students with the opportunity of conceptualising and implementing an individual research project relevant to the construction industry. Students complete the project in conjunction with Building Research Project 2 (Honours).
The application of research theory and practice based upon the skills and knowledge acquired in the pre-requisite course Research Theory and Prractice, including establishing the research context and methodological approach.
