To develop an appreciation of organisational leadership and its role in building adaptive, innovative organisations in changing global environments.
Organisational Frameworks - open systems model, dual regulating model, Governance and boards; organisational structures and arrangements for adaptability; the creative learning organisation; the Soft System approach for addressing unstructured problematic situations; planning as continuous adaptive change; managing innovation; the nature of corporate leadership.
