Course aim

To apply combined skills, knowledge and professional expertise in Design and Technology to meet identified needs in a range of school, industry or community based settings.

Course content

Analysis and evaluation of R-7 technology curriculum design; application of specialised teaching methods applicable for technology education, critical analysis of national and state policy statements; development of thematic approaches to facilitate cross-curricula learning; inclusive curriculum, strategies for student assessment; career options for specialisation in technology education.
