To extend what students have experienced in Management Practicum 1 and allow students the opportunity to experience higher level work functions within an organisation.
Extending Management Practicum 1, Management Practicum 2 is a higher level field placement project carried out within a company or other organisation under academic and industry supervision. The comprehensive report and presentation produced is expected to show evidence of service learning and experiential learning principles, of which critical reflection is central. As with Management Practicum 1 student and supervisor evaluations are also a critical component of the course.
