Course aim

To provide students with the knowledge necessary to manage a real estate agency, to supervise the marketing of complex commercial and industrial property and to provide competent real estate investment advice

Course content

Introduction to real estate marketing; Researching the market for real estate agency services; Organising the organisation; Ethics of real estate marketing; Marketing real estate services; Sales Management; Special topics in marketing – marketing on the web and auctions; Marketing real estate as an investment – marketing shopping centres and office buildings; Staffing and directing the real estate office/department; controlling the real estate organisation.
