Course aim

To extend and consolidate the student’s technical knowledge and skills of modern construction and project management techniques on complex construction projects.

Course content

Sustainable construction; Constructability; Construction planning, progress and control; Site establishment and management; People, health and safety; Industrial relations; Continued studies in Project Management programming software; Gantt diagrams; Network analysis; Precedence diagrams; Value and risk; Management of change and Organisational Learning, Lean construction, Knowledge management, Prefabrication and simulation.
