Course aim

To provide students with advanced theoretical and technical knowledge of the project management body of knowledge, focusing on quality, decision making, professional leadership and organisations management in the construction environment.

Course content

Students will study a broad set of concepts, tools and techniques on: Mangement in the construction industry and organisational structures; Quality Management; Leadership, Human Resources and communication; Decision making; professional project management body of knowledge.
