Course aim

Technology is fundamentally changing commerce and commercial and business regulation, and this is challenging traditional legal concepts and analysis. This course provides students with knowledge and understanding of how these new developments are impacting on the law and how individuals, businesses, and government need to adapt to meet the challenges presented by technology, now and in the future.
