Course aim

To provide students with an understanding of concepts within project governance and highlight ethical perspectives within business.

Course content

Corporate and project policy, project documentation and formal communications, people management, contractual concepts, project auditing, principles of ethics; professional ethics; and legal and social responsibilities of organisations and project managers.
