Course aim

The aim of this course is to provide students with an advanced understanding of Insolvency Law in the context of corporate insolvency.

Course content

Voluntary and compulsory winding up; the effects of winding up and the termination of winding up;  assets available to the liquidator; administration of winding up; criminal offences and civil actions against company directors; non-liquidation arrangements; voluntary administration; cross border insolvency.
