Course aim

To enable students to apply specialised professional and ethical practice frameworks to shape strategies for practice, research, advocacy and systems change.

Course content

Students will use skills as an ethical and reflexive practitioner to explore the relationship between self as a social worker, practice frameworks and social science knowledge. Students will develop and evaluate knowledge of recent developments in evidence-based practice and the re-creation of social work knowledges.
