Course aim

This course aims to equip students with the requisite skills in advanced legal research and writing, in preparation for completion of the Honours thesis in LAWS 4005 Law Honours Thesis 2.
A central aim of this course will be to develop independent research skills in each student and to utilise peer feedback and academic supervision for evaluating, developing and refining the research project.
