Categorical Data Analysis

Course aim

To provide an introduction to modern methods of statistical analysis of categorical data, including logistic regressions and log-linear models.

Course content

The exponential family of probability distributions; generalised linear models; logistic regressions; log-linear models and contingency table models; survival analysis; generalised linear mixed model; special topics.
