Course aim

To develop a practical understanding of supply-chains and logistics and their underlying management principles.

Course content

Supply-chain components and their integration. Mapping the supply-chain. SCOR model processes: Plan, source, make, deliver and return Warehousing, inventory and goods movement. Benchmarking and logistics systems performance assessment. Supply-chain business processes. Integrated logistics strategies. International perspectives.
