Students will apply management theories, undertake structured analysis and reflect on the experience gained in the business or community setting.

Course content

In this course students will be able to choose one program from a range of three options, which will involve industry engagement. Students will be involved in management and strategic activities and projects that require practical application of academic knowledge. The aim is to engage the student in a real world learning experience and stimulate their personal and professional development. The program options in this course are:

MBA Project Consulting Teams
MBA students will work in a team on a real business challenge. The team will engage with a host organisation, work on a group project and also develop material from their experiences for their individual reflective learning portfolio.

MBA Board Observant (NFPO)
MBA students will obtain unique insight into the work of boards of directors and the particular issues faced by not for profit boards of directors. Students will attend board meetings, work on a board project and also develop a reflective learning portfolio.

MBA Industry Internship
