All Engineering (Postgraduate and Honours) and Construction Management (Honours) students must complete at least 450 hours of engagement with professional practice to meet the requirements of their program. The UniSA STEM Professional Practice Program (PPP) has been designed to assist students to accumulate these hours, within a flexible and supported structure. Students can acquire their hours through a range of activities which include:
Students start accruing hours from their first year at University and are supported by the STEM Industry Experience Team to strategically plan and manage the experiences to support their career ambitions.
Students can contribute to complex and sensitive projects, provide research, testing and analytical support, and offer a range of creative, problem solving and professional skills to your organisation.
