UniSA's main aim in seeking a placement for a student is to ensure that the student has a quality placement that meets the aims and objectives of the program in which the student is enrolled. The University does its utmost to attempt to place students as close as possible to their residential geographic location, however this is not always possible. In addition, there are many ‘popular’ placement sites where demand for placement far exceeds places available.
