Aim

To provide students with knowledge, skills and attitudes to work with people experiencing perinatal mental health conditions.

Content & Structure

The program requires completion of 18 units of study in the specialty area of Perinatal Mental Health. Courses integrate knowledge and understanding of theories, concepts, principles and competencies applied to, and underpinning, the management of individuals at risk of, or known to have mental health conditions.
