Entry requirements
Applicants for the Graduate Certificate in Building Surveying are required to have:
Completed a Bachelor degree in built environment; civil engineering; structural engineering; building surveying; quantity surveying; construction management; or architecture from a recognised University. Applicants who have completed Bachelor degrees from other relevant disciplines will be considered on a case by case basis.
OR
A minimum of six years of relevant industry experience. Applicants must provide a detailed curriculum vitae and written employer reference/s. The employer reference should state the period of employment and roles undertaken in order to ascertain the relevancy.English language entry requirements
In addition to meeting academic entry requirements, international students who speak English as a second or additional language must also meet the University's English language entry requirements. Aim
This program gives students insight into the role of a Building Surveyor and their profession by equipping them with the knowledge, skills and understanding necessary to take a responsible and leadership role in that field.
Content & Structure
The Graduate Certificate in Building Surveying requires the completion of 18 units of study.
