Are you a professional in the construction and building industry looking to advance your career? This qualification will help you make the move into building surveying.
Your studies will deepen your understanding of the construction industry and its key stakeholders, and provide you with insight into building surveying. You will focus on building processes and technology, construction law, and building regulations and codes.
International students should note that the program is available only by online delivery in their home country. It is not available to international students studying in Australia under a student visa.
The graduate certificate is a pathway into the Graduate Diploma in Building Surveying which fulfils the educational requirements for Building Surveyor level accreditation by the Australian Institute of Building Surveyors and the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.
