Aim

The program prepares pharmacists to provide advanced clinical pharmacy services in hospitals and other clinical environments, and primary care settings, thereby enhancing the quality use of medicine.

Content & Structure

The program requires completion of 54 units of study. The first year of the program comprises 36 units of intensive pharmacotherapeutics/medication management modules (including 9 units of research skills preparatory instruction). The final 18 units of the program involves the practical application of clinical pharmacy skills in a practice environment and the completion of a research project.
