Aim

The aim of this program is to develop advanced knowledge and a range of skills for the development of complex military systems.

Content & Structure

Military Systems Integration (MSI) is a broad engineering discipline that integrates the fields of engineering, systems thinking, systems engineering, management, project planning. MSI is primarily concerned with the creation of complex defence systems to meet the capability needs of the Australian Defence Force. This program comprises of eight compulsory core courses and a two-part project. Each course is worth 4.5 units; the project is in two parts - the first worth 4.5 units, the second worth 13.5 units, for a total of 18 units.  A total of 54 units are required to complete this program.
