Aim

This program provides graduates with the ability to apply principles, practice and skills in the areas of logistics and supply chain management for a career in manufacturing, distribution and related industries. It also provides students with the opportunity to develop and apply those skills through the integration and application of knowledge to examine and evaluate case studies.

Content & Structure

The Master of Logistics and Supply Chain Management consists of 54 units of study comprising of two compulsory courses and nine elective courses.

Rules & notes

Notes

1. The courses Supply Chain Management G and Cases in Logistics and Supply Chain are compulsory.

2. Depending on demand, not all elective courses in the schedule may be offered in any one year.

3. Subject to market demand, other courses may be selected with the approval of the Program Director.

4. Students should enrol in the course Cases in Logistics and Supply Chain towards the end of the program.

5. Credit will not normally be granted for more than one third of the total units of the program.

6. Courses completed in the Graduate Certificate or Graduate Diploma in Logistics and Supply Chain Management may be counted towards the Master of Logistics and Supply Chain Management program.

7. The Graduate Diploma in Professional Practice (Logistics and Supply Chain Management) provides a pathway for subsequent entry to this program and both awards can be completed in two years of full time study or part time equivalent.
