The program is designed to provide supplementary coursework which will allow graduates of the Bachelor of Business (Property) to obtain registration in additional professional sequences.
Content & Structure
The program requires the completion of courses totalling 18 units, of which at least 13.5 units must come from courses listed in the schedule. Each student will have a program approved by the Program Director which may include some courses from other graduate programs in the University where appropriate. Some specialist courses may only be available every other year subject to the demand for each course. It is anticipated that most students will choose to complete the program over two semesters.

Students must complete four courses from the following:
1. The program comprises four courses in the property discipline from the selection listed in the schedule.
2. The program of study chosen must be approved by the Program Director.
3. No course from the program schedule which is substantially equivalent to a course taken in gaining antoher award may be included in the program of study.
4. Students who have taken for another award, courses which are substantially equivalent to courses from the program schedule, may be granted a total of 4.5 units (1 course) of credit with the approval of the Program Director.
5. The Program Director may approve variations to the program of studies for a student by substituting courses from the program schedule with courses from other graduate level programs in this or another university.
