Aim

This program provides graduates with a fundamental understanding of the theory, techniques and practices of accounting and finance and a pathway opportunity for further study at the Bachelor degree level.

Content & Structure

The Associate Degree in Accounting is a structured program which provides a broad yet fundamental understanding of key business discipline areas through the Division of Business' eight core courses. It also provides a 7 course specialisation sequence in accounting and finance. Students complete the 8 core courses, a 7 course specialisation sequence and an elective. A total of 72 units are required to complete the program.
