Aim

The Graduate Certificate in Education Studies (Educational Leadership) qualifies graduates to apply an advanced body of knowledge to engage in reflective practice and develop leadership and management capacity in a range of learning areas and educational settings.

Content & Structure

Graduates of the Graduate Certificate in Education Studies (Educational Leadership) degree will have a body of knowledge that includes leadership studies, specifically focussed on the following key areas of study: globalization, professional learning communities, learner/curriculum leadership and complexity theory in leadership. This program theorizes, models, and problematizes leadership in education. Students will complete 18 units of core courses.
