Aim

The program aims to prepare students for a professional career in information technology engineering with particular emphasis on the areas specified within each stream name.

Content & Structure

Students are required to complete 72 units of study to obtain this associate degree. The program contains introductory studies in mathematics, physics and chemistry and courses from the first year in engineering. In addition students can select courses from introductory studies in civil engineering, electrical and information engineering, mechanical engineering and surveying.

From 4 August 2025, the University of South Australia will no longer be accepting applications for new students. Study at Adelaide University.
