Aim

The Graduate Certificate in Dynamic Effects and Lighting aims to prepare students for employment as dynamic effects and lighting artists in the global screen and media industry.

Content & Structure

The Graduate Certificate in Dynamic Effects and Lighting is comprised of four 4.5 unit courses that are undertaken over an intensive 12 week period.  Students are immersed in a simulated studio environment at Rising Sun Pictures’ Adelaide headquarters.  Students are introduced to the various roles and responsibilities of visual effects artists in a creative production schedule.  They will develop industry-standard skills in asset creation, dynamic effects and look development and lighting.  They will produce high-quality, finished original production form inclusion on their professional showreel.
