Aim

The Graduate Diploma aims to provide students with advanced learning in the practice of managing engineering operations.  In addition it provides an opportunity for them to develop an understanding of engineering research methods and to undertake a workplace learning project to apply the knowledge they have developed in the program.

Content & Structure

The program contains studies in quality management, project planning and control, intelligent manufacturing systems including the use of robotics and automation and energy management. Students are also learn about research methods in engineering and are given the opportunity to apply their knowledge to a substantial work based project which is undertaken with a local organisation.
