Entry requirements
Admission to the program will normally require completion of a three year undergraduate degree in any discipline plus at least two years of experience as an educator in an educational setting or equivalent.
English language entry requirements
International students who speak English as a foreign language must have obtained one of the following standards within the last two years prior to admission. Possession of one or more of these qualifications, in addition to the academic entry requirements, does not, in itself, guarantee a place at the University of South Australia. Applications are considered on an individual basis and selection is competitive. Aim
The program aims to provide a flexible, comprehensive and highly relevant inservice education for practitioners at a graduate level who are working as professional educators and trainers.
Content & Structure
The program requires the completion of courses totalling 18 units, studied over one year of part-time study. Students complete 18 units within one of the specialisations.
From 4 August 2025, the University of South Australia will no longer be accepting applications for new students. Study at Adelaide University.
