1. The order of study of major options and electives may be varied with the approval of the Program Director and subject to course availability and timetabling.
2. Some of the listed Common Core Options may already be available to students within their professional major, sub-major, minor or professional specialisation. Students will then be required to choose a different Common Core option from those listed in the schedule above.
1. All students complete at least one Free Elective as part of their undergraduate program of study. See undergraduate elective courses.
2. Students select two of the listed majors. Each major comprises four required courses and four option courses (except in Languages where eight courses are designated). The majors are: Communication, Creativity and Culture; History and Belonging; Languages; Literature and Language; World Politics and International Relations. Languages majors in French, Italian and Japanese are available at UniSA. Refer to the majors homepage for course requirements. Other languages are available through cross-institutional enrolment. All students enrol in eight prescribed courses. Languages require sequential enrolment; students may need to seek enrolment advice to prepare a program study plan.
3. The three Major Elective courses may be chosen from the required and option courses in any of the majors listed above.
4. This Common Core course is available to students enrolled in most undergraduate programs offered within the School of Communication, International Studies and Languages.
5. Students select ONE of the Common Core Options listed in the schedule above.
6. Major option courses: students may negotiate alternative option courses in consultation with the Program Director.
