Aim

This program aims to provide a broad and fundamental understanding of the theory and practice of computers and information technology and prepares graduates for a professional career in computing and the software development and information services industry.

Content & Structure

The program consists of:

  • Core courses in information technology (63 units)
  • A specialisation in Systems Administration major (40.5 units)
  • An Elective course (4.5 units) that can be selected from a list of approved University wide Elective courses.

A total of 108 units are required for the completion of the program.
