Aim

To provide high potential, discipline-specific professionals and managers with management and leadership development beyond their current areas of expertise. It aims to develop strong decision-making, team and communication skills, and a rich global perspective within an ethical framework.

Content & Structure

The program requires completion of courses totalling 54 units. The academic year is of 4 terms of 11 weeks duration, commencing from late January through to mid-December each year.
