Scott Copeland, Senior Lecturer
"Our Accounting Workshops offer students the opportunity to look at how they can best prepare for their upcoming Accounting exam. This 2 hour session will look at best practice revision methods, but also enables students to apply those skills to practice questions from previous exam papers and get some immediate feedback. Students have commented that previous workshops have been really helpful as they were able to get some insights from a different perspective and this complemented what their teachers had already told them."
Phil Johnson, Accounting Lecturer and Teaching Academic
Phil Johnson is course coordinator for a large first year introductory accounting course as well as teaching in second and third year courses. Phil’s academic career has focused on the development of high quality and engaging courses for first year accounting students studying on-campus, in online mode and internationally. The workshop 100% helped me prepare for the exam. It offered insight into what the final exam would be like by going through the SACE assessment advice and also provided a range of challenging practice questions.
