Course aim

To develop students' ability to select, implement and evaluate approaches to Case Management and Support Coordination across human services with a focus on Disability and Aged Care.

Course content

Students will develop advanced knowledge of the definitions, theories, characteristics and processes of case management and support coordination across human services focusing on NDIS and Myagecare. Critiquing the influences on services and practice models, critical issues and ethical dilemmas in case management and support coordination. Students will use cognitive and analytic skills to develop their expertise to implement knowledge into their professional practice and that of those they may lead.
