Course aim

To move from the defence capability development environment in which students worked during Systems Integration Project Planning and move into the project acquisition phase of the project lifecycle to develop a design of sufficient maturity that it will pass scrutiny by industry representatives at Preliminary Design Review. In doing so students will work to the project plan developed and products derived from Systems Integration Project Planning.

Course content

Conduct of a systems integration project under the guidance of industry and academic supervision. Preparation
of appropriate systems engineering documentation to support the system design and integration.
