Course aim

To provide students with the knowledge necessary to establish and manage a real estate agency and to effectively manage and market real estate including complex commercial and industrial properties.

Course content

Market research for real estate agency services; marketing real estate services; traditional and electronic real estate marketing including shopping centres and office buildings; managing and organising the real estate agency; ethics; sales management; staffing and directing the organisation; controlling the real estate organisation including trust accounting.
