Visual Narrative

Course aim

To extend student knowledge and approaches to visual storytelling in relation to Illustration and Animation industry practice, society and culture, individual skills, abilities, perceptions and experiences.

Course content

Through studio practice, critical and creative writing students will explore and develop narratives suitable for a variety of industry mediums. Students will develop knowledge of writing, presentation and Illustration and Animation industry practice in developing of bodies of creative work which function as a professional portfolio or ‘proof of concept’.
