Procurement and tendering of public and private commercial construction projects. Standard forms of contract used in the Australian and International construction industry. Key contractual provisions in Australian and International standard forms of contracts in relation to time, payment, insurances, securities, latent conditions, bills of quantities, variations and contract determination. Risk assessment and allocations. Contract administration case studies.
