Course aim

This capstone course aims to provide students with an opportunity to integrate the various aspects of aviation management they have studied in their program into the process of developing a strategic plan for an aviation organisation.

Course content

Strategic management fundamentals; Analysis of current aviation organisation strategies; Strategic positioning; Competitive strategy; Environmental analysis in the global aviation industry. Developing a strategy; Aviation strategy implementation; and Managing strategy execution.
