To provide students with a strategic knowledge of psychosocial risks in the workplace and the skills to manage those risks.

Course content

Psychosocial issues, work stress, safety climate and culture, organisational psychosocial factors, bullying and harassment, fatigue, drugs and alcohol, intervention approaches, work-life balance.
