To develop students' understanding of the design of small scale buildings in their environmental, social and political contexts.
Students will develop knowledge of the relationships between the design of small scale buildings and their specific context from the micro to macro scale. Students will develop analytical and design skills which respond to contemporary social, environmental, cultural and ideological contexts, and representational skills to communicate design intentions and solutions.
