To consolidate students’ mastery in applying research and design processes, strategies and practices to complex architectural design projects.
Students will consolidate their knowledge of physical, mental, spiritual and ethical issues in design, symbolism, metaphor, tectonics and technology in design. Students will integrate and apply compositional theories, strategies and techniques to the design and detailed resolution of complex buildings and urban environments. Students will also develop knowledge of professional responsibilities to clients, society and the environment, the collaborative processes, the social responsibility to the professional team and the development process.
