Our Master of Psychology (Clinical) is a highly competitive program that has been developed in consultation with practitioners, academics and students to reflect current trends in practice respond to public demand and meet student needs in clinical training.

Key features

  • This program is aimed at psychology graduates who want to practise as clinical psychologists and apply the theory and practice of psychology in health, mental health, private and public practice and other clinical settings.
  • Undertake four supervised placements in a variety of clinical settings, including the University’s public Psychology Clinic located at the Magill campus. 

Career opportunities

On completion of this program graduates will have met the academic requirements for membership with the Australian Psychological Society and associate membership of the College of Clinical Psychologists within that society.

Graduates of the program are eligible for full registration with the Psychology Board of Australia and entry into the clinical psychology registrar pathway.
