The staff teaching have extensive industry knowledge and the online resources provided the flexibility, which I needed to complete my studies. I work full-time and have a young family, so the ability to study after hours was appealing to me. Studying at such a busy stage in my life was not something that I planned, but I really enjoyed it, and it certainly provided me with extra knowledge that I can apply to my career.

I returned to study to learn from the experts. My placement at the West Adelaide Football Club gave me first-hand experience to manage the players with acute injuries and subsequent rehabilitation for them to return to play as soon, and safe, as possible. Now, I can confidently manage patient injuries and think more laterally – it’s been a very enriching experience.

My master's journey has been one of self-discovery and personal empowerment. I have been supported by world-leading academics and mentors, abundant opportunities for professional and personal development including the Executive Partners Program, flexibility and incredibly strong links to industry, both locally and abroad. My experience at UniSA has been transformative, empowering, stimulating, and challenging, and I am now confident in my future potential.

There is no other course like this in Australia! The highlight was meeting and learning from some of the film and television industry’s top producers, directors, executives and writers in Australia, which is invaluable. I was also able to pitch my short documentary to ABCiView, which gave me an incredible real-life opportunity to pitch to the industry. This enabled me to prepare for a scenario that occurs all the time in the industry and was a fantastic experience.

UniSA had the ideal MBA program for busy working executives, with just the right balance between contact hours and self-study, limiting the impact it had on my work. I benefited during the program as I was able to apply much of the theory into practice immediately back into the workplace, and at the same time was able to use real examples during class.
