Course aim

To equip business professionals to plan and implement analytics capability at a whole-of-organisation and cross-organisation level.

Course content

The societal, market and technological drivers for organisations to utilise analytics at a whole-of-organisation and cross-organisation level; role of enterprise analytics in digital transformation and industry disruption; enterprise analytics frameworks, mechanisms and tools; developing enterprise analytics roadmaps; analytics program and project management; developing and aligning workforce analytic skills and knowledge; organisational culture, trust and the use of data in decision making; cross-organisational and international analytics and data sharing.
