Course aim

This course provides students with an understanding of the theoretical basis underlying property markets, property investment, property development, property funds management and corporate property asset management, providing a contextual framework within which to then analyse and solve real world property problems.

Course content

Focusing on the Australian office, retail and industrial/logistics property markets, in the context of property investment, property development, property funds management and property asset management, the course will combine in-class learning of theory and principles delivered by specialist academic staff with onsite visits and industry speakers to provide applied, practical learning examples.
